免费版每个本地自然日允许成功生成 10 个增强型可搜索 PDF；多页文档只算一个。 Free allows 10 successfully created enhanced searchable PDFs per local calendar day; a multi-page document counts as one.
只有成功保存后才扣次数，取消或生成失败不扣次数。 The allowance is deducted only after a successful save; canceling or a failed creation does not count.
无需用完免费次数即可测试订阅：打开“设置” → “解锁无限 PDF”，当地化月费由 App Store 加载。在审核 Sandbox 环境中点击订阅即可测试 Apple 购买流程。 To test without exhausting the allowance, open Settings → Unlock unlimited PDFs. The App Store loads the localized monthly price; use the review Sandbox purchase flow.
恢复测试：在“设置”点击“恢复购买”。该操作通过 Apple StoreKit 同步当前 Apple 账户的有效权益。 For restoration, tap Restore Purchases in Settings; StoreKit syncs the active entitlement for the current Apple Account.

PastelScan Pro 包含什么？

Quick start
1. Scan a document
On Scan, tap “Scan a document,” point the camera at the page, and follow the system interface to capture one or many pages.
2. Import photos
Tap “Import document photos” and choose only the pages you need from the system picker.
3. Arrange pages
Before creation, rename the document, reorder or remove pages, and choose a page finish.
4. Find and share
Search Library by document name or recognized text. Open a document to view text or intentionally share the PDF.
Frequently asked questions
How does the free allowance work?
Free allows 10 successfully created enhanced searchable PDFs per local calendar day. One multi-page PDF counts as one. A use is counted only after the PDF saves successfully; cancellation or failed creation does not count. The allowance resets according to the device’s local date.
What is included with PastelScan Pro?
While the monthly subscription is active, Pro removes the daily limit of 10 and lets you create enhanced searchable PDFs without that cap. Apple handles the auto-renewable subscription. The purchase screen shows the configured lowest available monthly price for your App Store storefront.
Are documents or photos uploaded?
No. Camera captures, selected photos, image enhancement, Vision OCR, PDFs, and the SwiftData index are processed locally on your device. The App has no developer backend for document processing and provides no cloud sync. A PDF goes to another destination only when you intentionally use the system share sheet.
What does “searchable PDF” mean?
PastelScan uses Apple Vision to recognize page text locally and adds a text layer over the PDF’s page images. PDF readers that support text layers can search it. OCR can make mistakes, especially with handwriting, blur, glare, or complex layouts, so always verify important text.
Why was no text recognized?
Retake the page with even lighting, a steady camera, a flat sheet, no glare, and no cropped text. Clean or B&W may improve some pages, but no finish guarantees recognition. Vision automatically detects language.
What if PDF creation fails?
Keep at least one page, make sure selected images are readable, and check that the device has enough free storage. Close the flow and retry; if needed, restart the App and device. A failed creation does not use a free allowance.
Why is camera scanning unavailable?
Confirm that the device has an available camera and that PastelScan has camera access in system Settings. Some devices or test environments do not support Apple’s document-camera interface; use “Import document photos” instead.
How do I change the App language?
Open Settings → App language. “Follow System” uses the device language by default, or you can search for and manually select an interface language.
Delete local documents
One document: open Library, swipe left on the document, and tap Delete.
Everything: open Settings, tap “Delete all local documents,” and confirm again in the dialog.
We cannot restore deleted content. PastelScan has no developer cloud backup. Before deletion, open important documents and use Share to export their PDFs. Uninstalling the App will also normally remove its local data.
Restore, manage, or cancel a subscription
Restore Purchases
Confirm the device uses the Apple Account that originally purchased the subscription and has an internet connection.
Open Settings in PastelScan.
Tap “Restore Purchases” and complete any Apple Account prompt.
If it does not restore, first open system Settings → your name → Subscriptions and confirm that PastelScan Pro is active, then return to the App and try again.
Cancel automatic renewal
Open Settings on iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Select PastelScan Pro, tap Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. Deleting PastelScan does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles billing and refunds; see Apple’s official subscription instructions.
Include your PastelScan version, iOS/iPadOS version, device model, selected interface language, what you tried, and exact steps to reproduce the issue.
We cannot see documents on your device. If a screenshot helps, redact names, numbers, signatures, and other sensitive content first. Do not send private source documents unless strictly necessary for troubleshooting.
